60 Day Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order within 60 days of purchase, either for full refund, exchange or store credit.
- This includes items that do not fit or are uncomfortable to wear.
- All returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them and must not be altered, damaged or stained in any way.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs although these will be refunded if the return is caused by an error on our part.
- This policy does not cover wholesale orders.
- Additionally, for a variety of reasons we cannot accept returns for either refund or exchange on swimwear items.
Are there any charges:
- All standard returns, refunds and exchanges are processed free of any restock or processing fees.
- However we do not refund shipping costs for 2 Day and Overnight expedited orders. These are currently $30 for 2 Day and $50 for Overnight shipments.
- Additionally, returns with a gross order value greater than $650 will be subject to a $9.99 per item restock and processing fee. This fee is doubled for returns with a gross order value greater than $1,000.
- Lastly, any customs duties charged to us on international returns will be deducted from your refund or store credit due. We are not responsible for packages held at USA customs requiring clearance, packages must reach our warehouse to be eligible for refund or exchange.
To complete a return follow these easy steps:
Visit thekewlshop/returns to start the return process.
- Enter your email address and order number to find your order.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, then choose return for refund or exchange and the reason for returning.
- We will authorize your return within 6 to 12 hours by providing a Return Authorization number (RA number).
- Package up your items and return them to us ensuring your RA number is visible on the front of the package.
What happens after we have received your returned package:
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you ship your package for your return to be processed. You can also Contact Us at any time should you need further assistance.
- If you requested a refund this will be made to your original method of payment.
- If you requested an exchange, store credit will be issued for the sale price of the dress (before discounts) allowing you to select an exchange item of your choice and keep any discounts you had on your initial order.
Please note we will only process returns made in accordance with our policy. Returns made worn or damaged in any way will not be processed and could be discarded at your risk.
