Is the product I am about to purchase genuine and new?
Unless expressly indicated, every item we sell is 100 authentic and brand new. Where we refer to an item as desgner inspired or celebrity inspired or variations of that description, including images of celebrities then these items are not the original designer labels or the label worn by the celebrity, but they are still brand new and exceptionally high quality, either in our own brand or a related one.

When will my order ship and how much does it cost?
Your order will normally reach you within 3 to 5 business days after processing if supplied out of the US. Items shipped from our international locations may take up to 14 days. All shipping is free (see Free Shipping Policy
). If you require a quicker delivery please contact us. In general we ask that our customers allow at least 7 business days for shipments to arrive but other items might take longer.
Who will help if I have a problem?
We pride ourselves in giving prompt assistance when required. Although you can contact us by telephone we prefer email (see contact details on top right of home page or About Us
). This is because we would like to properly research and prepare a complete solution for you straight away and this is often not possible to do easily on the phone. Our service promise to you will be to respond within 1 business day of receipt of your email and to keep you regularly informed of progress.
