We want our customers to linger and be entertained. Every product has been hand selected and manually loaded onto the site and every product has some kind of review and/or interesting description to keep you entertained. This is a place to browse, to spend time, to read and examine, to window shop in the comfort of your own home. It’s retail therapy!
2. Provide the best possible product at the best possible price
Our products are all hand selected and manually loaded one by one onto the site, there is no bulk upload going on here. This is careful selection with you in mind so these are the best we can offer. Given the manual effort involved we aren’t going to waste our time putting rubbish in our shop. Of course our prices will stand up to the best and you can be confident that we’ll always be within a satisfying range.
3. Make it easy and give our customers all the service they need, and then surprise them again
We really want to make this experience easy for you, if you like something buy it and it’ll be delivered usually within 5 to 14 days, if you don’t like what you receive you can return it provided it is still in its original condition with original packaging. We’ll provide all the support you need during this process, we don’t want to waste your time and we don’t want to lose you, so we’ll take a loss if necessary to keep you happy. On top of that we’ll try to surprise you by going further than you will expect.
Additionally we are not going to ask you to register with us before you purchase anything, we’ll only give you the option to do that. But we do encourage you to do so because this is the best way for us to understand how you interact with us and then to make improvements. We aren’t going to send you any marketing stuff either or unsolicited emails unless there is something really important to talk about. We’ll keep a running blog and stick the marketing stuff in there so you can look at it when you wish.
4. Be transparent in everything we do
The only way to do business is to do it honestly and openly and that is what we do. You will see this demonstrated in our policies, general communication and the way we list our products.
