  • Moisturize your skin. Use a moisturizer twice a day to protect against dry skin, ensuring you select a moisturizer per your skin type. You may want to consider a skin mist that you can use to moisturize your skin throughout the day, too. 
  • Exfoliate your skin. Remove dead skin cells from the skin's surface. To do so, use a cleansing scrub, body brush, loofah, or other types of exfoliants. You should exfoliate up to three times per week.
  • Wear sunscreen. Apply sunscreen every day before you go outdoors. The sun can penetrate the clouds and contribute to skin damage, so you should use sunscreen even in overcast weather conditions. In addition, apply a new coat of sunscreen every few hours as needed. 
  • Maintain a healthy diet. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and keep your skin looking radiant. Also, consume foods rich in vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to support skin health.

  • Insomnia: Refers to difficulty falling asleep.
