Nope, we don’t have opening or closing hours, business hours or any other kind of specified, limited hours. Our customer service department is running all day every day, 24/7.
You can call us for urgent enquiries any time, and we mean any time! You can email us with general enquiries and we are guaranteed to respond to you within 12 to 24 hours (often much quicker). And we also have a live chat service on the site, open 24 hours a day. That’s not bad going, all in all!
Yes you read that correctly, FREE shipping, and that’s not just in the States, that’s to EVERYWHERE! No Minimum Order Amount
Speaking of delivery, we also do not insist on a minimum order for you to benefit from our free delivery. Our delivery service is free, no matter how much or how little you may have spent with us.
We also offer a very special delivery service on certain bandage dresses called expedited shipping. So what does our expedited shipping service mean? Well it means that if you are in the USA and order one of the dresses in the expedited shipping category you will get it delivered to your door either OVERNIGHT or within 2 DAYS! Shop for one here.

Even though we hate to think our products could ever make someone unhappy, we have to admit that even we have had to return items in our lives. So often companies really make you jump through hoops to do a return or get a refund. NOT US! Our returns policy is super simple and user friendly.
